Our Pastry Chef Christine Johansen has spent years creating her own recipes based on her great grandmothers down to earth baking that will wow your guests and have them glowing with joy. 

At Elsie's Bakery, we believe that the best way to tell if a cake is right for you is it taste it yourself! That's why our meetings offer your top three cake combinations to try, as well custom sketches which will be emailed right to you!
